Q : Why do wood grain and color differ on each piece?
A ：All items are made of natural solid wood. Every log owns unique grain, color streaks and texture. Slight color difference is a natural feature, not a quality defect.
Q : How to maintain the wooden products to extend service life?
A : Wipe food-grade wood oil every 2–3 months to lock moisture and prevent cracking. Avoid long-term direct sunlight and high-temperature stoves. Keep dry after each cleaning.
Q : Can I put wooden items in the dishwasher or soak them in water?
A : We do NOT recommend dishwasher washing or long-time soaking. Excess water will cause wood swelling, warping and mold. Just clean with warm water and a soft cloth, then air-dry in a ventilated place.

A : All our solid wood products are treated with food-grade mineral oil only, no paint, varnish or toxic chemicals. Direct contact with fruits, meat, bread and drinks is completely safe for daily use.
